More than a spa, The BodyHoliday at LeSPORT, can transform you with a combination of activities and body treats to relax and revitalize body and mind. The BodyHoliday is set on the stunning island of St Lucia, with its secluded beaches and protected rainforests.

Rooms

There are 155 rooms at The BodyHoliday where you can relax in peace and quiet. . The rooms come in different shapes and sizes but each one offers total comfort and privacy. You can choose from a single garden view room, to the luxury ocean view and ocean front rooms, or you may want the extra luxury of a suite, of which there are several combinations, including the penthouse suite. All rooms are air conditioned, with direct dial telephone, voice mail facility and data ports, clock radio, in-room safe, private bath and shower, 220 volt outlets, hair dryer and razor points. Some rooms have dual voltage 110/220. There are no tvs in any of the rooms so you can truly switch off from the usual daily distractions.

Food

There are no rules about what you eat at The BodyHoliday, but you are given every opportunity to eat well, including advice from highly qualified nutritional consultant, Dr DeVaux, who conducts workshops and is available for one-on-one consultations. There are four different restaurants where you can enjoy your food and relax – Cariblue, Tao (one of the world’s sixty hot tables), Deli and Clubhouse. Feast on fresh fruit, wild mushroom, giant shrimps, juicy stack, sushi, salad, penne, English afternoon tea, and more….a diverse and ample menu to stimulate and satisfy. If you are travelling alone, one of the resorts BodyGuards will guide you to a communal dining table if you want to eat with other guests.

Fitness and Daily Activities

During your stay, you have the option to consult with one of The BodyHoliday’s BodyGuides to do an analysis of your health and fitness profile. The BodyGuides are a group of specialists who can help you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals while on holiday and to provide you support when you return home. The BodyHoliday offers a comprehensive programme of sports and exercise with a full schedule of daily activities for a fun and adventurous stay.

Other activities

The Oasis is a stunning retreat with a breathtaking view of the sea, where you can pamper your body and free your mind of the world’s stresses and strains. Oasis therapists are trained in many different massage techniques and use the elemis line of skin care products.

Other facilities include a main pool, relaxation pool, sports pool and Jacuzzi, lush gardens to explore, secluded beaches, as well as water sports and volleyball , exotic reefs, scuba training and diving, an archery range and a boutique.

Lucian Ginger and Lime Scrub. After a light body brushing, warm oil is drizzled sparingly over the body, ginger and lime cleanses and polishes the skin with a final application of a skin-nourishing milk bath.
